"Book Talk"

I am currently reading the book Heat by Mike Lupica. I am not very far into this book (About 5 chapters). I just haven't had the time to read much lately. The book is very interesting so far though, and I will enjoy reading more of it when I get to it. Check it out sometime.

I am now reading the book "Speak" by Laurie H. Anderson. This book could most probably relate to the lives of many teens these days. I just started reading it a couple days ago, and have not really picked it up much, so I don't have a lot of detail for it, but I do know the story of this book, and I can say that it will be intersting.

I have recently finished the book, "The Red Badge of Courage" by Stephen Crane This book was an assigned read to my english 11 class. I enjoyed this book much more than I thought I would when it was first assigned. The plot is a camp site along a riverbank, during the Civil War. The main character Henry Fleming, is scared that he will run in terror when his group decides to march again.

This is a great story and an exciting, yet emotional read.

"The Red Badge of Courage"

These past two weeks, I have been reading The Red Badge of Courage. It is a book about men in the military, who are struggling at thier base. They bond and become friends. When tradjeties occur, the other men in the group become incomplete.
